Enthusiasm

Comes from the ancient greek root Theos (θεός) which means God. So to have enthusiasm literally means to have God in you! Or I like to think about it as having the Spirit with you. You know what? I'm feeling pretty enthusiastic today! ;D

:D

Life is so FUN!!!! Here's why!

I got to go "Power Tumbling!"

Brother Conner came to visit, bought my roommates and me pizza, and we had a banjo jam session! ;D

Jessica is an amazing cook and makes me food!

Austin thinks I'm cute even when I'm not.

I woke Laurisa up when I barged into the living room accidentally and she didn't mind.

Beth listens to country and has cute socks

The sun came back out this week and will probably still be shining for my Saturday motorcycle ride.

We learned a hip hop dance in Jazz class and I rocked it on test day.

We have an ice cream maker.

There are 28 rose bushes between my apartment and Timp park.

Last night the sky was clear enough to watch the stars come out.

Divine Comedy is back with four new members and Matt is still in it!

I carved a pumpkin with a dimple and Sterling pretended to be upset about it.

Mom ran for an hour straight!

Gram Gram is passionate about voting for Obama.

I painted my toenails red!

I have yellow shoes.

My family is forever!

Tori and mom get to go to Guam.

I have a mentor for my ORCA grant proposal.

I'm in a quartet and we are going to sing Christmas songs at temple square!

I went to the park and spun in circles with my shoes off!

I haven't been sick in soooo long!

Jessica doesn't have pink eye afterall

I can pray to someone who is so much smarter than I am, and he doesn't laugh at things I don't know and answers.

I'm at BYU!!

I can look at people I pass on campus and love everyone because I know that they are all my family!

The kitchen smells like homemade chicken noodle soup!

Speaking of soup...mmm....dinner time! :D

Life is so good!

BYU-and all it's amazingness

It is so good to be back at school. I feel like a nerd just saying this, but I love my classes! I sit in Bio 100 the most hated class in the history of BYU and am enjoying every second of it. Maybe it's because I didn't have a normal High school experience and so I crave the learning I was never taught to hate. My dance classes are a blast, but Family Finance is slowly becoming my favorite class. Go figure. I was never a big math person and believe me finance is full of numbers. I just love how applicable it is and how timely. Music Civilizations is a hoot because our professor is from Australia. A little accent goes a long way. ;D

I was talking to a friend the other night about how we get ourselves all stressed out and worried or confused about what will happen next or what decision we should make. In reality Heavenly Father is patiently waiting for us to realize that he has everything under control. All we need to do is read the instructions and dial for help when we need it.

I'm loving the Brittany Apartments where I'm staying this year. They aren't high end classy to be sure, but they are comfy and affordable.

I've still got the chaos and stress that a new school year brings, but I feel perfectly content.

Because Blogging must not die! ....aaaaaaand we had an awesome "Saipan Reunion!"

Smiling girls. And Joe being weird.

Joe's wearing my roommates jacket...don't ask.

Oh yeah Taylor and her Asian pride.

okaaaaay

Joe...eating hahaha! I made the pizza by the way. It was pretty amazing if once you managed to get it out of the pan.

Awww feel the love!

duct tape, yeah

The only picture of Joe smiling normally and he is wearing an apron! LOL!
