Wow, girls camp was intense this year. I don't even know where to start. (psst Tikla start at the beginning) oh okay. So I wake up on Thursday morning to my mom, "I'm leaving, get in the car!" Great, so my picture before girls camp could have just as easily been my after picture. ;) We got to wing beach, set up stuff, got our tent names. I'm proud to say I was one of "Snow Whites Sunbathing Squids" The sign for our tent was without a doubt the coolest. The first night a bunch of us slept on the beach. I had a weird rock under me all night, but I slept pretty well. I woke up feeling like I'd been marinated with salt from the sea spray and cooked in a slow cooker. I was greeted by a camera bright and early! Testimony meeting was wonderful, as always. Afterwards we had these nifty little orange peel cake things. We took oranges, cut the top off, scooped out the insides, filled them with cake mix, wrapped them in tin foil, and stuck them in the fire. That night it rained like crazy. My tent was nice and dry, unlike the poor babalati tent ;) Tonight was the "camp celebration" we watched the slide show of pictures and laughed at each other, passed out awards, and revealed secret sisters.

I was accepted to BYU-Idaho. Now I have to decide...my mind was all made up before. The only church school I'd heard back from was Hawaii, so it seemed like that was the thing to do. Now I have to mull it over again. I guess I'll just keep praying about it. Coffeyville Community College in Kansas wants to give me a full ride for theater, Santa Fe offered a nice scholarship, Cornell, and Miami wanted me too, but I just can't go knowing I'll be required to do, say, and wear things that are against my standards. It's tough to decide when the Lords answer seems to be, which ever way you choose will be fine.
