I'm engaged...

...in activities at BYU! haha scared you didn't I!

Guess what else! I got a laptop! yipee! I like it a lot. There is a wall in the basement of the "Wilk" where you can put up ads for things you want to sell. I found a printer and a laptop for really reasonable there and snatched them up. The funny thing is seeing how many engagement rings are for sale. hmmm....poor guys. :D So Jamba Juice is pretty much the best place ever opened. The drama department is putting on Charlie Brown the musical! I've got to go see it!

I don't think I told the chocolate chip cookie story. ;) The very first night I spent in the dorms my roommates and I made some chocolate chip cookies to bring to our new neighbors! Things were going fine until we started cooking them and the bottom of the cookies burnt while the tops were still gooey. We finally realized that Dani had preheated the oven for 500 degrees. So we hid one burnt cookie in the bags with other good cookies. Then proceeded to deliver them to the dorms next door. Then we got brave and decided to go over to the boys dorm. We were having a great time talking to them in the lobby when Christine realized that we'd left some cookies in the oven. We ran back to a oven of black rocks that burned right through the plastic bags we tried to put them in. To this day our dorm room smells slightly like burnt cookies. :D
